Return & Exchange Policy

Returns/Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase from Weestep.com, you can return it for any reason. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please note that certain items are nonreturnable, including discontinued and “Final Sale” items.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in their original condition. Returned/exchanged items must be sent in the original packaging together with the completed Returns/Exchanges Form located on the back of your packing slip included with your order. To complete your return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. For exchanged item, we will send you the replaced item after we receive it, and shipping cost refund will be up to the same amount charged on the original order.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or credit within 30 business days. Please note the original shipping charge and gift boxes are not refundable. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.
